Scott is a highly experienced teacher, having spent the last 8 years at a leading Kent prep school. Here he was head of department, year group and the co-curricular programme. Highly regarded by children and parents alike, he teaches to inspire and nurture children’s fundamentally inquisitive minds.

Scott was quick to respond to the challenge of online teaching and pioneered his school’s online learning platform. He was able to adapt his teaching methods and complement them by procuring state of the art educational software to ensure that not only did his pupils not miss a day of teaching during the pandemic, but also, in many ways, had an enhanced learning experience.

He is an outstanding and passionate educator, who places great value on the development of the whole child, looking at both life and soft skills as a vital part of every lesson. His lessons are energetic and progress focused, always looking to extend and challenge every child so that they reach their potential.

Prior to teaching he was a qualified solicitor and an Army Officer, commissioning from Sandhurst into The Light Dragoons and then serving in Iraq and delivering Phase I training at the Army Training Regiment Winchester.
